My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the location is fantastic for exploring the Old City and the staff were welcoming and helpful after a rough start. The pool area is nice, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable. However, the initial check-in experience was off-putting, and I found the beds quite hard for my liking. Overall, it offers good value but could definitely improve the arrival experience.
